HARDI Welcomes New Director of Marketing
Heating, Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) is pleased to
announce the addition of Susan Little to the HARDI staff as the
association’s Director of Marketing. Little will be bringing her
extensive marketing experience to HARDI where she will oversee
HARDI’s marketing and branding strategies, new and existing
product, services, and event promotions, and all communication
strategies including social media tools such as blogs, Facebook
and Twitter.
Little worked for ten years at
G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company from 1997-2007, leading their
advertising, promotions and marketing efforts. For just over the
last two years, Little served as the Vice President of Market
Development for the American Dairy Association from 2008 until
September of this year.

She has extensive
experience in product, event and association marketing,
communications, strategic planning, branding, research and
creative development, as well as social networking and media.
Throughout her career, Little has been awarded multiple
Achievement in Marketing Awards and most recently her work for the
American Dairy Association was chosen as a finalist with the NBA
and Godiva Chocolate for a national Loyalty Program of the Year
Award.
Little is also a
founding member and Chair of the Marketing Leadership Roundtable
of Columbus and serves on Ohio Dominican University's Master of
Business Administration Board of Advisors. She is a graduate of
Leadership Columbus and was recognized as one of 40 Under Forty
young executives to watch by Business First Magazine in 2003.
Little earned her bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State
University and her MBA from Ohio Dominican University.

bringing on such a talented marketing professional in Susan who
will help us more effectively position HARDI and communicate with

The Heating,
Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI)
represents more than 400 wholesale companies, more than 300
manufacturing associates and nearly 140 manufacturer
representatives. HARDI members represent an estimated 85 percent
of the dollar value of the HVACR products sold through
distribution.
