Seasons Change – Do You?

challenging economy requires adjustments in the way you do
business. The first step involves changing the way you do
things. From the quality of the products you sell to the way
you calculate pricing, now is the time to do it. There is
always room for improvement in the way you handle customer
service, collect money and the attitude you have when doing
so. Why? There are many approaches to the things find a
better way without change. Yes, it is annoying – at first.
Some confusion can enter into the picture if you don’t
manage the changes properly.
If you don’t
like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change
your attitude. Don’t complain. Maya Angelou I know
that change yields success. I have witnessed it first
hand. I have worked with companies and instituted change, in
some cases quite extensive. It works! The mindset must be
that the way you work, the way you sell, the way you
install, the way you charge can all be improved, but only if
you try.
