Star AC Supply Hosts Dallas Grand Opening.

Star AC Supply celebrated the Grand Opening of its Dallas, Texas store located at 11011 Regency Crest Drive, Dallas, Texas, 75238. Over twenty manufacturers and several dozen guests took time from the always-busy beginning of summer to celebrate with the Star AC Supply team. Entertainment for the event was a unique collection of vendors. Catering was provided by Tequila Red’s Custom Catering of Lakeside, Texas.

Guests enjoyed fajitas and fresh flour tortillas cooked on the 6-foot diameter “L’il Bubba” skillet (“Big Bubba” is 7 feet in diameter). International Comfort Product (ICP) deployed their Dealer Loyalty Center trailer. This year, the ICP Dealer Loyalty Center was fitted with an indoor shooting range for water fowlers. An outdoor pitching cage was set up where guests could compete for Major League Baseball jerseys. The competition was could be based on speed or accuracy. Participants were very eager to compete, however no Major League pitching records were broken. Jeff Scott of Nolen Scott and Sons won the drawing for the 18 SEER Tempstar air conditioning system.

Over two dozen vendors and manufacturers’ representatives attended the grand opening. The display areas were naturally buzzing with contractors, vendors, and manufacturers’ representatives.

Among the attending companies and products were Amerivent, AO Smith, ATCO, Beene and Jennings, Broan, Carl Ray and Associates, Heyden Stanley, Venture Tape, Parker, Gunder and Associates, Malco, Diversitech, Johns Manville, Pollex Group, Yellow Jacket, Hardcase, Texas Reps, Purolator, ReHVAC, Honeywell, Reliant Sales, ADP Coils, Robertshaw, Southwark, TeamLogic, Tempstar, Michael Sales Group, and Testo. philosophy.

The business cards handed out by the employees do not include job titles. This is by design. Any member of the team is empowered to help customers with any task or problem. This “can-do” spirit is a result of the many years of experience represented by the employees. They understand the fast-paced, no excuses culture that is required to make a supplier and contractor competitive in the HVACR industry.
